It’s a good first choice to try out Croatia, not really known for its party scene but once the festival sets up you’ll be surprised how lively it is. BOOMTOWN – This is for the drum and bass fans, there’s a chilled out, laid back vibe about this festival. Situated in Winchester, the festival is between 10-13 August this year with headliners such as: Madness, Damian Marley to Fat Freddy’s Drop. BENICÀSSIM – Not regular festival goers might have heard of this festival which takes place in the town of Benicàssim, Spain. This years festival spans from 13-16th of July. Genres including Pop music, Dance music, Indie rock, Indie pop, Electro. Also winning the award ‘UK Festival Award for Best Overseas Festival’. Pretty much a big deal, headliners include BIG names such as: Red Hot Chilli Peppers, The Weeknd to Kasabian. That music and the sun? On to something here. BOARDMASTERS – Into your sports and music? What if there was a festival that did just that… well boardmasters in Cornwall combines Surfing and a line-up to challenge the big name festivals in the UK. Headliners announced so far are: Jamiroquai, Two Door Cinema Club, Jake Bugg, to Andy C. A mixed line-up to entice everyone’s taste. This is a little later in the year than the others, which is on between 9-13th of August. Tickets for the entire festival and entry to camp cost £154 which are you able to buy now over at this link.
CREAMFIELDS – I went to this festival two years and it was such an experience, from worldwide Trance, House and Electronic acts in the four days to the general atmosphere at the festival was immense.
